HSW's editor and publisher, Lawrence J. Goodrich, brings a lifetime of experience in writing, editing, and publishing. Before joining HSW, he spent many years as a senior editor and writer for The Christian Science Monitor newspaper. He has worked as communications director for a federal government agency and taught college-level journalism courses. He served as a Foreign Service officer in Romania, Canada, the former Soviet Union, and in the State Department's Office of Soviet Affairs. He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University.
